This is a servo-stamping automation cell with up to two contact welding heads in (either HSG-500-E or HSG-520-E)
The welding heads are mounted in the center of the press and left and right hand side is the tooling.
First tool does the precutting, then comes the welding of the contact and the second tool does the final cutting.
This solution is good for simple parts and smaller contacts.
We prefer to have the welding outside of the press if possible because of the magnetic field and the accessibility
